I’m a girl mom, a coach’s wife, and a storyteller. After years of navigating motherhood, healing from divorce, and building my own brand, I found a passion for helping others do the same. Whether through personal stories, reflections on life’s transitions, or insights into branding and creativity, my goal is to inspire and empower others to step into their own journey with confidence.

I’m the eldest daughter, a thoughtful sister, a devoted girl mom, and a coach’s wife who finds joy in life’s everyday moments. I’m a friend who loves a good laugh, a Christian eager to let her light shine, and an avid reader of steamy romance novels. Whether I’m writing, creating content, cheering at my daughter’s volleyball games, or standing on the sidelines of a football field, I bring authenticity and intention to everything I do.

This journey started in 2017 with a simple blog, Grab Your Light, which later grew into a podcast of the same name. By 2024, I had written Shine Through, a book sharing my experiences with divorce and co-parenting. Writing has

always been my way of making sense of life—turning lessons into stories that inspire, empower, and connect.
