I’m the eldest daughter, a thoughtful sister, a devoted girl mom, and a coach’s wife who finds joy in life’s everyday moments. I’m a friend who loves to share a good laugh, a Christian eager to let her light shine, and an avid reader of steamy romance novels. Whether I’m writing, podcasting, cheering at my daughter’s volleyball games, standing on the sidelines of a football field, or designing a website, I bring authenticity and intention to everything I do.

This space began as a simple blog, named Grab Your Light, in 2017 and has since grown into much more. In 2021, I launched my podcast by the same name, and by 2024, I had written Shine Through, a book sharing my journey through divorce and co-parenting. Along the way, I discovered a deep passion for branding and storytelling, creating a space where women, millennials, and coaches can find inspiration, support, and practical tools for their journeys.
