The website that started it all - my blog, Grab Your Light.

I’ve been blogging since 2009. My first blog was fashion-related and hosted on Blogger. Then, I had another blog about fashion and motherhood, hosted on Wordpress. Most recently, I started a blog in 2017 about divorce, hosted on Squarespace.

Because I was older and more serious about the content I was creating, I wanted my blog to be taken seriously. So I gave it:

• Color palette and typography

• A logo and favicon

• Simple, easy layout for readability

• Images that my readers can relate to

• A privacy policy and terms of use policy

• Integrated social media

• Search engine optimization

• Responsive layout

• Newsletter sign up

I make tweaks to it pretty regularly. But the structure and content stay the same.
